E Mails containing attachments and viruses - It has been brought to our attention that some e mails purporting to be from 365EnglandFans have been sent from various  addresses of ours with attachments containing a virus, usually by way of a .zip, .exe or .scr file.

Please note we will never send any e mails containing unsolicitored attachments, and would only ever send an attachment if you request one, such as a form you cannot download, and such an attachment would be an ordinary MS Word document.

Although nearly all of these e mails have been detected by Norton Anti Virus, and we do have other security measures in place to prevent bulk e mails from being generated, if you do not have anti virus software you should.

Other giveaways are the subject titles such as "Hi" "Fotograf" (they obviously cant spell) and "urgent".

Viruses are more easy to spot if you have your Outlook Express set so that it will preview the message for you to see, to save you having to first double click to open to see its contents.
