Owens goal vs Argentina will always
be special. I was sitting directly at the other end of the ground
in amongst the Argentina fans and even they applauded. Also really
loved the England Croatia game in Lisbon. Great night. |

Last 5 minutes of the England France
game in Lisbon followed closely by Eindhoven and losing a 2-0 lead
against Portugal. (Phil Neville against Romania gets a dishonourable
mention) |

watching England & why: |
Croatia game in Lisbon - 3-1 up -
mid chant when they scored. Without stopping the chant just moved
onto 3-2! |
| Your most embarrassing moment on
and England trip & why: |
Took all day to get tickets for the
Argentina game and I had prescription sun glasses on. No time to go
back to the car so was left walking around at 11.00 after losing,
got interviewed outside the ground by the BBC and got grief when I
got home as a poser. |

name one thing you'd like to change
and why: |
I am a member. I would like to see
longer term fans given a small advantage with each new term. Not
sure that now it is fasionable, that they should be grouped into the
30% if they are lucky. People who went to all the games of a
previous campaign, or 80% say, should start with one cap. |
If you could change one thing
about the England team, what would it
be: |
Two solid left midfielders if
possible. With the current squad, I would make Campbell more of an
alternative threat they way he was in France with runs through the
middle and at set pieces. Also, they need to go into the bigger
knock out matches with a much more aggressive attitude. Rather go
out fighting than lying down. |
