remember the 66 victory, apart from beating our old foes in the
final in 2006, this is about as sweet as it gets! |

Hard to say - probably losing 2-3 to
Portugal at Euro 2000. We were 2-0 up and just through the game
away. Figo had the whole midfield to
saunter through for his goal, and Martyn should have done better for
the one that looped over his head. It was so depressing after such a
great start. |

The Slovakian 'wave'. It was in
response the locals attempt to get the whole stadium participating
in their version of the 'Mexican

Well, even though we got promoted
this is the first year that I have not renewed my Season Ticket at
Palace since 1988. Haven't got the time or money to watch my club as
well as my country - and I am so naffed off with money ruling the
domestic game. Country definitely before
club! |

The player's concentration in key
games (Portugal and Romania Euro 2000, Brazil 2002, France Euro
2004). If only they could concentrate for 90 minutes we might stand
a chance of winning something! |
